RESET has created this Site for your personal enjoyment, entertainment and education. We, our subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees and our suppliers provide our web site and services “as is” and without any warranty or condition, express, implied or statutory. we, our subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees AND our suppliers specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

LEGAL COMPLIANCE

You shall comply with all applicable domestic laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations regarding your use of our service and your bidding on, listing, purchase, solicitation of offers to purchase, and sale of memberships.

SWEEPSTAKES AND/OR CONTESTS

Sweepstakes, contests, games and other promotions run on RESET web sites may require the visitor to provide some personally identifiable information such as full name, address, e-mail address, and phone number, in order to participate. RESET may use a reputable third party to manage and administer some or all of its sweepstakes and/or contests. This third party may have access to some or all of the personally identifiable information that is provided by the visitor in order to participate in the sweepstakes and/or contest. In those instances, the third party will be instructed by RESET to use the personally identifiable information in a limited manner and only for the specific purpose of the sweepstakes and/or contest related purpose for which it was requested, and in compliance with the RESET. Most often this information is used only to select and contact winners of the sweepstakes and/or contests. Any other use of the personally identifiable information by the third party is strictly prohibited. Our sweepstakes and/or contests are targeted to individuals 18 years of age and older, and individuals under 18 years of age are not eligible to participate. RESET requires proof of age in order for an individual to collect any prizes awarded.

MANAGEMENT DISCLAIMER

  • The management reserve right to admission.
  • Memberships are non-proprietary, No representation, written or oral, other than those contained in the rules are authorized by or binding upon the fitness Centre.
  • The management anytime modify timing of fitness Centre (Weekdays 6am till 11am, Sundays 8am to 10pm). Intimation of any modifications and holidays will be done through messages or notice. We reserve the prerogative that all members read the notice board.
  • The management may introduce, discontinue or modify any facility, services, equipment, rules and regulations or rates of fitness Centre without prior notice.
  • The management shall not consider in default of its obligation in the instance of natural calamities such as floods, tornadoes, earthquakes, hurricanes, storms and heavy rainfall as well as occurrence such as strike, lockouts, war, riots or fire etc. In case of such circumstances management will not be liable to pay refund or give extension.
  • The management will not be responsible for any injuries or accident sustained by individuals in and around the premises. Individuals may use all the facilities at their own risk.
  • Members are responsible for their own belongings and are advised not to carry valuables to the Centre. The management will not be responsible for any loss or theft of personal belonging of member.
  • Members must not keep their personal belongings with any staff member of the club. The management will not be responsible for any theft or loss resulting from such actions.
  • Parking/valet parking in and around the club premises is at the sole responsibility of the member.
  • Members must make payments only at the front desk and in exchange for a valid receipt. Members are advised to retain the receipt for the entire duration of their membership. No dispute or argument will be entertained without presenting valid receipt.
  • Payment towards membership or services at the fitness club ensures the use of that service or membership for the duration bought as per the rules. The payment in no way guarantees the same staff throughout the usage of the service or membership. Change in staff does not entitle member of a refund.
  • Memberships of those members not abiding by the rules or defaulting in any payment will be terminated without refund.
  • Members must carry any illegal items or arms and ammunitions in the club premises. The management will not be responsible for such actions.
  • Refrain from using abusive language, fight or threatening anyone disrespectfully. If a member is found treating anyone disrespectfully or whose actions are any way detrimental or hurtful to sentiments of fellow member or staff, the management may at its discretion, suspend or cancel the rights, privileges or memberships of that individual without refunding fees.
  • Smoking, consuming alcohol, chewing beetle leaf in the premises is prohibited. Entering the fitness club premises under the influence of alcohol or any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited. If a member is found breaking this rule, the management may at its discretion, suspend or cancel the rights, privileges or memberships of that individual without refunding fees.
  • Payment done for a product / package / service cannot be adjusted against another product / package / service.
  • All membership activation is subject to realization of payment.
  • Membership/service upgrade by paying the difference in the price will be only permitted within 21 days from the day of activation.
  • Transfer charges are applicable if any membership is transferred to a non-member or whose membership is expired minimum 4 months ago from the date of expiry.

INFORMED CONSENT

  • General Statement of Program Objective & Procedure: I Understand that this physical fitness program may include the exercises to improve the cardiorespiratory system(Heart/Lungs), the musculoskeletal system (muscle endurance, strength & flexibility) and improve body composition (decreasing body fat & increase in muscle and bone mass). Exercise may include aerobics activity (treadmill walking/running, bicycle riding, rowing machine exercise, group aerobic activities and other such activities), weight lifting to improve muscular strength & endurance and flexibility exercise to improve range of motion.
  • Description of potential risk: I understand that the reaction of heart, lungs and blood vessel system to such exercises cannot be always predicted with accuracy. I know there is a risk of certain abnormal changes occurring following exercising which may include militias of blood pressure or heart rate, ineffective function of heart and in rare instances, heart attack. Use of weight lifting equipment and engaging in strenuous body calisthenics can lead to musculoskeletal strain, pain, injuries if adequate warm up, gradual progression and safety procedures are not followed.
  • Description of potential benefits: I understand that a program of a regular exercise for the heart & lungs, muscle joints has many associated benefits. These may include decrease in body fat, decrease in blood fat and blood pressure, improvement in psychological function and decrease in risk of heart disease.

I have read the above & understand it. Any questions which may have occurred to me have been answered to my satisfaction. I also understand that before beginning my exercise program, I should consult with physician. It is agreed that all use of the fitness facilities shall be undertaken by me at my own risk, and the gym shall not be liable for any injury or damage to me. It is also agreed that I will reimburse the gym or concern member for any gym facilities, equipment or property, or the property of any member by me or my guest.
